We're Hiring: Personal Assistant

KBG supports a better work/life balance, offering a 4 day week and flexible working hours. KBG are recruiting for a PERSONAL ASSISTANT.

Some of the responsibilities include but are not limited to:- • Performing secretarial and administrative duties. • Entering data, maintaining databases and maintaining accurate client information on files. • Maintain and organise management diaries in a fast moving environment. • Produce invoices and statements using Sage. • Work on Microsoft word to compose letters to clients, legal agreements and client declarations. • Provide support to a number of teams within the business.

Applicants should have:- • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in personal assistant or secretarial role in busy office environment. • Capacity to work as part of a team is essential. • Strong attention to detail. • Excellent organisational skills and the ability to multitask. • Strong verbal and written communication skills
