Patrick G. Keavney, FCA (Partner)

Patrick Keavney, the firm’s Managing Partner, has over twenty years experience in advising clients on many aspects of commercial and financial management.  Prior to his establishment of Keavney & Co, Chartered Accountants, Patrick acted as Audit Manager for MA Stephens & Co.  

Through the growth of KBG, Patrick’s skills and expertise have expanded vastly.  Patrick has vast experience and knowledge in audit, accounting and taxation, and specialises in Corporate Finance, Restructuring, Insolvency and Tax Planning.  Patrick is a fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in Ireland

 

 

 

 

Ciaran B. Brady ACMA (Partner)

Post qualification Ciarán joined Patrick Keavney & Co in 1993, which subsequently led to his partnership and to the formation of Keavney Brady & Co. 

Ciarán has over 15 years experience of working with a range of commercial enterprises in relation to Financial Management and is an associate of the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants. 

Ciarán is a hands-on professional who has extensive experience of improving cost and profit performance and enhancing value in businesses.  Ciaran manages a substantial client portfolio providing general practice services along with audit and assurance, business advisory, general business, corporate and tax advice to our broad range of clients.

As demand for company services increased in the Longford area, KBG Chartered Accountants opened new offices in Longford Town in 2006, under the leadership of Ciarán. 

 

Mark S. Reilly, B.Comm, ACA (Partner)

Mark joined the firm in 1999 having completed three years as a retail manager post obtaining a Bachelor of Commerce degree. Mark obtained the relevant Institute of Chartered Accountants qualification in 2003. Mark is a hands-on professional who has extensive experience in all types of business and has assisted many business start ups together with assisting established business's become more profitable and sustainable in the long run. Mark manages a substantial client portfolio providing general practice services along with audit and assurance, business advisory, general business, corporate and tax advice to our broad range of clients.

Mark is still educating himself and recently obtained the QFA qualification (Qualified Financial Advisor), having obtained a Diploma in International Financial Reporting Standards in 2008. A Diploma in Insolvency was also undertaken and passed in 2010, this is the first of its kind in Ireland.

 

 

Francis Mulderrig, B.Comm, ACA (Audit Director)

Francis, who is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in Ireland, trained and qualified as a Chartered Accountant with Ahern & Co., Boyle, Co Roscommon. Having acquired considerable knowledge and experience, Francis joined Grant Thornton Dublin, as Audit Senior and soon progressed to Audit Manager.  Specialising in Audit & Assurance Francis worked with, and gained exposure to many of the firm’s largest client’s.   Grant Thornton are ranked sixth in the Top Ten of Ireland’s Largest Accountancy Firms.  In 2007 Francis joined KBG Chartered Accountants as Audit Manager. 

Working closely with our clients, Francis provides auditing, accounting and taxation compliance and planning across a wide variety of industries.  Having gained extensive experience, skills and knowledge, a professional and personal service is guaranteed.

 

 

Jennifer Corr, Msc, ACA, AITI (Tax Director)

Jennifer has over ten years experience in taxation. She is a graduate of University College Dublin and of Dublin City University and is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in Ireland and is an Associate of the Irish Taxation Institute. Jennifer trained with Arthur Anderson and KPMG and was a Tax Manager in KPMG’s Corporation Tax Section. KPMG are ranked in the Top Four of Ireland’s Largest Accountancy Firms.  She has also worked for Carlin McLaughlin and Russell Brennan Keane.

Jennifer provides advice on personal and corporate tax planning, corporate restructures, tax based investments, property structure, estate and succession planning.
